Switchyards membership includes 24/7 access to all current and future clubs. That’s the power of All-City membership.

🛟 Reserve a phone booth or meeting room
All locations have phone booths or meeting rooms for private calls or Zooms. These must be reserved to use. No drop-ins.
Book a room at switchyards.com/rooms. It takes about 20 seconds.
You’ll receive a check-in reminder email 30 minutes before your reservation. You have up to 10 minutes after the start time to check in. If you don’t, the reservation is canceled and released to another member.
Each Club Room includes a Club Room Kit with extra dry erase markers, an eraser, and spare batteries.
🍎 Rules for a great experience
Switchyards is a shared space, and you’re going to bump into your neighbors. For the experience to work well for everyone, there are specific ways the club should be used, and not used.
Please review the Club Rules section. Members who routinely violate the rules or are generally disrespectful to others may be removed from the club.

🚪 Access
All members use the Alta Open app to access the club. You’ll receive a separate email from Avigilon Alta Open with an invitation to download the app. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Look for the subject line:
“Activate your mobile key for Switchyards.”
You cannot enter any club without this app. If you didn’t receive the invite, reach out to Member Services.
🚙 Parking
All available parking is nearby, free, street parking. Parking is available down the main East Whittier Street, as well as Bruck, Ebner and Beech side streets. You can refer to the full map here.
Please note: Parking fills up quickly, and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Always open. 24/7.
🔒 Security
You can access the club anytime using the Alta Open app. The space is monitored via access control and closed-circuit security cameras.
🔮 Opening the doors

All members use the Alta Open app to open the doors.
With the app installed, scan your phone or wave your hand in front of the black reader next to the door.
If access is set to “Always Allow,” your phone can stay in your pocket. If not, you’ll need to unlock the door from the app.
If you’ve lost access or never received it, contact Member Services after checking your spam folder.
🦉 24/7
The club is always open for work and focus. Access and security monitoring run 24/7.
👋 Clubkeeps
These spaces are unstaffed most of the time, but the club is continuously monitored. Clubkeeps physically check in on the space every day. We call it invisible hospitality.

Club Paper is a small tabloid made for and by Switchyards members.
Submit your work at switchyards.com/clubpaper. Copies are available in the club.
