⚡️ “All-City” access
The magic of All-City membership is that it gets you 24/7 access to ALL of our citywide locations in Nashville and Atlanta.
🌐 Wi-Fi
Across all locations, our network name is Switchyards and the password is madewithsoul.
🛟 Reserve a phone booth or meeting room
All locations have either phone booths or meeting rooms for private calls or zooms. They must be reserved in order to use (no drop-ins) and you must check in to confirm your booking.
Book a room → switchyards.com/rooms – it takes just 20 seconds.
You will receive a check-in reminder email 30 minutes before your reservation. You will have until 10 minutes after the booking starts to check in. If you do not do this, your room reservation will be canceled and can be rebooked by another member.
This club doesn’t have a club room. If you need to book a meeting room, Switchyards Eastwood is only 1.4 miles away and has three meeting rooms.
🍎 Rules for a great experience
Switchyards is a shared space. And you’re going to bump into your neighbors. In order for this space to be great, there are a few specific ways that it needs to be used (and not used). See the Club Rules section. Members who routinely violate the rules or are generally disrespectful to other members will be removed from the club.

Before You Visit
🚪 Access
All members will use an app called Alta Open to open the doors. You will receive a separate email from Avigilon Alta Open (check your spam too) with an invitation to download their app.
Look for the subject line: “Activate your mobile key for Switchyards.”
If you didn’t receive this, please reach out to Member Services.
Please note: you cannot enter any club without this.
🚙 Parking
921 Cherokee Ave
Nashville, TN 37207
There is a parking lot located behind the building. Walk around to the front of the building to enter on Cherokee Avenue. For overflow, street parking is available on adjacent streets.
There is no parking near the railroad tracks.

🔒 Security
You will be able to access the club anytime you like using the Alta Open app. The space is constantly monitored via access control and closed-circuit security cameras.
When You Get Here
🔮 Opening the doors
The entrance to the East Hill location is on Cherokee Avenue.
All members will use an app to open the doors. Upon joining the club, you’ll receive an invitation to download the Alta Open Security app. Please note: you will not be able to enter any location without this.
With the app installed, scan your phone or wave your hand in front of the black reader next to the door.
Set access to “Always Allow” and all you have to do is wave your hand near the reader. Your phone doesn’t even have to leave your pocket. It’s pretty magical once you do it.
If access is not set to “Always Allow,” you’ll need to take your phone out to unlock the door.
If access is lost or not received, first check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, reach out to Member Services.
Inside The Club
🦉 24/7
The club is always open for 24/7 work and focus. You will be able to access the club anytime using the Alta Open app. The space is continuously monitored via access control and security cameras.
👋 Clubkeeps
Since these spaces are 24/7, staff will not be on-site at all hours. We do, however, constantly monitor the space and have Clubkeeps physically checking in every day.
We call it invisible hospitality.
📰 Club Paper
Club Paper is a little tabloid thing for and by the members of Switchyards. Submit your stuff at switchyards.com/clubpaper. They’re yours for the taking.
🌵 The Space
We’ve sweated every detail around our members’ use case. The space is divided into two primary areas: the cafe area in the great hall and The Library of Deep Work and Focus.
Please respect the library areas and do not take calls, meetings, or zooms there.
In the cafe area, small in-person meetings and chatting are totally fine. If you have a call or zoom, please use one of the four bookable phone booths.
This club doesn’t have a club room. If you need a meeting room, Switchyards Eastwood is only 1.4 miles away and has three meeting rooms.
🔍 Lost and Found
If you’ve left something in the club, reach out to Member Services.
Include “Lost and Found” in your message for the quickest support.
