LoHi
This guide covers everything you need to know about the LoHi club, including access, Wi-Fi, parking, rooms, rules, and how the space is designed to be used.
✨ Welcome to the club
This page covers a few important topics that are unique to our LoHi club. If you ever have questions, please reach out to Member Services.
⚡️ “All-City” access
Switchyards membership includes 24/7 access to all of our current and future clubs. That’s the power of All-City membership.
🌐 Wi-Fi
Across all locations, our network name is Switchyards and the password is madewithsoul.
🛟 Reserve a phone booth or meeting room
All locations have either phone booths or meeting rooms for private calls or Zooms. These must be reserved in order to use. No drop-ins. You must also check in to confirm your booking.
Book a room → switchyards.com/rooms. It takes about 20 seconds.
You’ll receive a check-in reminder email 30 minutes before your reservation. You have until 10 minutes after the booking start time to check in. If you don’t, the reservation is canceled and released to another member.
Each Club Room comes equipped with a Club Room Kit that includes extra dry erase markers, an eraser, and spare batteries for the remote.
🍎 Rules for a great experience
Switchyards is a shared space. You’re going to bump into your neighbors. For the experience to work well for everyone, there are specific ways the club should be used, and not used.
Please review the Club Rules section. Members who routinely violate the rules or are generally disrespectful to others will be removed from the club.

🚪 Access
All members use an app called Alta Open to access the club. You’ll receive a separate email from Avigilon Alta Open with an invitation to download the app. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Look for the subject line: “Activate your mobile key for Switchyards.”
You cannot enter any club without this app. If you didn’t receive the invite, reach out to Member Services.
🚙 Parking
3222 Tejon St Denver, CO 80211
Our LoHi location is classic city living. Most parking is free street parking surrounding the building.
There are four spaces reserved for Switchyards members behind the building. All other spaces in that lot belong to nearby residents and businesses, so we recommend parking on the street.
Please be mindful of monthly street sweeping days.
You can find a map of parking options here.

🦉 Hours
Always open — 24/7
🔒 Security
You can access the club anytime using the Alta Open app. The space is monitored through access control systems and closed-circuit security cameras.
When you get here
Welcome to Switchyards! Our door is around the back of the building - follow the mural on the wall and you can't miss it!
🔮 Opening the doors

Welcome to Switchyards. The entrance to the LoHi club is around the back of the building. Follow the mural and you’ll find it.
Use the Alta Open app to enter. With the app installed, scan your phone or wave your hand in front of the black reader next to the door.
Set access to “Always Allow” and you won’t even need to take your phone out of your pocket. Just wave and walk in.
If access is not set to “Always Allow,” you’ll need to unlock your phone to enter.
If you lose access or never received the invite, first check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, reach out to Member Services.
Inside the club
🦉 24/7
The club is always open for work and focus, day or night. Access is managed through the Alta Open app, and the space is monitored at all times.
👋 Clubkeeps
Because our clubs are open 24/7, staff will not be on-site at all hours. That said, the space is constantly monitored, and our Clubkeeps physically check in every day.
We call it invisible hospitality.

Club Paper is a small tabloid created for and by Switchyards members. Submit your work at switchyards.com/clubpaper. Copies are free and available in the club.
🌵 The Space
We’ve sweated every detail around our members’ use case.
In the large cafe area, small in-person meetings and casual conversation are totally fine. If you have a call or Zoom, please use one of the four bookable phone booths or the Club Room.
Restrooms are located next to the library area.
