Managing your Membership

Your Switchyards membership is designed to be flexible, so you can make updates whenever your needs change. This article covers the most common membership changes, including how to pause, cancel, or update your plan. If your question is specific to your account or billing history, our team can always take a closer look and help from there.


Pauses

If your needs change, you can pause  your membership for 30, 60, or 90 days. Pauses always start at the beginning of your next billing cycle, and your club access is inactive throughout the duration of your pause. When your pause ends, your billing and access turn back on automatically.

To request a pause, email hey@switchyards.com with the email on your account, and how long you’d like to pause, and our team will get it set up.

 

Canceling your membership

We’d be sorry to see you go, but we understand that plans change and your membership may not be the right fit for every season. If you do need to cancel, you can make that update through the Member Hub. Your access will remain active through the end of your billing cycle. 

You’re always welcome to rejoin when the timing feels right, as long as memberships are available at your club. Once you cancel your membership, you will have to jump back on the waitlist if no spots are currently available. 

Receipts, Invoices and Payment Method Updates

Receipts, invoices, and payment method updates can be managed through our Member Hub . For account-specific billing questions, email hey@switchyards.com and our support team can review your membership and help from there.
