Mobile Access to Switchyards Clubs

All Switchyards members use a mobile app to access our clubs. Your phone is your key.

After joining, you will receive an invitation to download the Alta Open Security app. This app is required for entry. You will not be able to access any Switchyards location without it.

How to Enter the Club

Once the app is installed and set up:

• Hold your phone near the black reader next to the door, or

• Simply wave your hand in front of the reader

For the smoothest experience, set access permissions to Always Allow. With this setting enabled, your phone can stay in your pocket and the door will unlock automatically when you approach the reader.

If access is not set to Always Allow, you will need to take your phone out and actively unlock the door using the app.

Didn’t Receive the App Invite?

If you did not receive your invitation or believe you’ve lost access:

1. Check your spam or junk email folders first

2. If you still don’t see it, reach out through our Member Services and our team will help get you set up
