Access to Switchyards Clubs
This article walks you through how to access the club using the Alta Avigilon app, including common entry issues and how to fix them.
How to Get Access to the Club
All Switchyards members use a mobile app 'Alta Aviglion' to access our clubs. Your phone is your key.
After joining, you will receive an invitation to download the Alta Open app. This app is required for entry. You will not be able to access any Switchyards location without it. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please reach out to Member Services.
How to Enter the Club
Once the app is installed and set up:

Click on the lock icon next to the door you are trying to open while standing in front of the Front Door

Simply wave your hand in front of the reader
For the smoothest experience, set access permissions to Always Allow. With this setting enabled, your phone can stay in your pocket and the door will unlock automatically when you approach and wave at the reader.
If access is not set to Always Allow, you will need to take your phone out and actively unlock the door using the app.

If you did not receive your invitation or believe you’ve lost access:
