Having Trouble Connecting?

We use DNS security across all Switchyards networks. If your device shows that it’s connected to Wi-Fi but you still can’t get online, a DNS setting may be causing the issue.

Check DNS Settings

If you are attempting to use a DNS server other than the one provided by our DHCP server, your DNS requests will be blocked.
To check this open Settings > Network > Click on the name of the WI-Fi network > details... > DNS. The first DNS server address listed should be 10.104.0.1 or 10.103.0.1
If this is already set, you may also have to disable 'Limit IP address tracking' in your network settings.
